Support Administrator ||| £6.39 per hour
30 hours per week Shifts either 9am - 3pm or 3pm - 9pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic and commited Support Administrator to provide an efficient and effective interface between residents, public and agencies, ensuring that first face-to-face contact at the housing centre is welcoming, supportive and reassuring.
You will deal with all telephone enquiries, book interviews for prospective residents of the Association's supported housing project, liasiing with referral agencies.
You will be an experienced and efficient administrator, preferrably in a housing context, with team-working skills, passionate about customer service and adaptable. An NVQ 2 or equivalent in Administration and Customer Servies is desirable.
