The YMCA aims to provide additional and much needed accommodation for disadvantaged local people aged between 16 and 24 years in the Foyer scheme, which is 41 of the 82 units. The other 41 are available to people up to 49 years old due to a high demand.

Our intention is to equip young people with confidence and skills so they can move on to independent living and access employment and further training opportunities and further their career prospects.
