This vision drives us to want to do everything we can to enable young people to truly belong contribute and thrive. The YMCA Movement enables us to give all our young people opportunities that they could only have dreamed of. 

Our work across the whole Association is changing towards including young people in everything we do. We recently employed a full-time participation worker to build relationships with the residents and facilitate their involvement in Local, National and International Projects. 

Examples of how we are encouraging young people to get involved include interviewing job candidates, joining steering groups and challenging volunteering opportunities.
