Are you 16 - 18 years old? Want to have fun, gain skills, and get a job? 
Then we want you!
The YMCA are starting a new project for young people in the Black Country area who are not in any kind of education, employment or training. Our aim is to help you develop key skills for getting into work and your chosen career, to create
Young Motivated Creative Achievers!
The programme is 6 – 12 weeks long and during this time, you will receive a NOCN level 1 in Developing Skills for Employment and take part in workshops to help build confidence, communication skills. You’ll also have the chance to take part in apprenticeships and work placements in areas such as:

Construction

Childcare
-
Catering
-
Gardening
-
Fitness instructor
-
Customer service
-
Retail
But don’t worry; it’s not all going to be hard work! There’s a lot of fun to be had with offsite team building exercises, drama groups and music workshops!
